About the opportunity
  • Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • Function as the main contact person for city-wide Client Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all Accounts in the portfolio.
  • Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Responsible for MoM growth of all assigned Accounts.
  • Communicate progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on commercial metrics, operational metrics, product mix, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing strategies by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven and ambitious personality.
  • Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in processes.
