IT PRE-SALES CONSULTANT REQUIRED:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Pre-Sales Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen, technical knowledge of IT solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This position requires a strong focus on identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored IT solutions, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads in the IT sector.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients, aligning the company's offerings with their business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and provide pre-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in creating RFP responses, cost estimations, and project timelines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT solutions and technologies.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the company's requirements as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT pre-sales, with a proven track record of success in selling IT solutions and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in the technology sector, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and sales management.
