The Search Committee invites applications for the position of Associate Dean, Research in the Medical College, Pakistan.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Dean, Medical College, you will have the overall responsibility to provide strategic leadership in relation to all research matters including development, implementation and facilitation of multidisciplinary research. You will be responsible to coordinate research activities across Medical College Pakistan, develop operating policies and procedures for research faculty and staff, and facilitate development of core research facilities.
RequirementsYou should be a faculty, at least at the level of Associate Professor at Aga Khan University, with a successful track record of leadership in research, including demonstrated success in obtaining international and national grants. You should have strong leadership and administrative credentials, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work with and bring people/teams together, and project the University and its research agenda appropriately to stakeholders, peers and the community in general.
