Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, running targeted campaigns, and driving customer engagement for our tourism packages in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote Dubai tourism packages.
  2. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and advertisements, tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  3. Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  4. Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize results.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition goals.
  6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  7. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
  8. Monitor competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management and marketing (1-2 years preferred).
  3. Expertise in running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
  4. Strong creative and content writing skills.
  5. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  8. Ability to work in Dubai timings (9 AM to 6 PM GST).
