Join our team as a B2B Sales Team Lead Lead our dynamic sales team to success and drive business growth.

As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, construction companies, and related industry professionals.
  2. Introduce and promote our services & products, highlighting the advantages and value they bring to potential clients.
  3. Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  5. Actively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.
  6. Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  10. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements by learning the international business.
  11. Expand relationships with existing customers by regular follow-ups and by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  12. Develop your own list of clients by formulating and executing innovative marketing and outbound campaigns.
  13. Acquire new customers and provide customer consulting to reach sustainable sales results (email, CRM tools, text, and calls).
  14. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  15. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  16. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  17. Ensure team sales, customer acquisition, and retention targets are met.
  18. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  19. Train newly-appointed Sales Executives to foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and learning.
  20. Fulfill any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
  21. Monitor the performance of your team and provide coaching and feedback if needed. Also track sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  22. Meet with sales representatives on a regular basis to discuss sales goals, progress, and challenges. Also provide coaching and feedback.

Note: This is a night shift job.

Requirements:

  1. 7-8 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C).
  2. Minimum Graduation.
  3. Experience as a team lead/Manager.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
