Join our team as a B2B Sales Team Lead Lead our dynamic sales team to success and drive business growth.
As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, construction companies, and related industry professionals.
- Introduce and promote our services & products, highlighting the advantages and value they bring to potential clients.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Actively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements by learning the international business.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by regular follow-ups and by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Develop your own list of clients by formulating and executing innovative marketing and outbound campaigns.
- Acquire new customers and provide customer consulting to reach sustainable sales results (email, CRM tools, text, and calls).
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure team sales, customer acquisition, and retention targets are met.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Train newly-appointed Sales Executives to foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and learning.
- Fulfill any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Monitor the performance of your team and provide coaching and feedback if needed. Also track sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Meet with sales representatives on a regular basis to discuss sales goals, progress, and challenges. Also provide coaching and feedback.
Note: This is a night shift job.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C).
- Minimum Graduation.
- Experience as a team lead/Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
