Job Summary:

As aB2B TeleSales Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth of MedKloud by reaching out to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing ourhealthcare IT solutions, including medical billing services, practice management software, and revenue cycle optimization tools. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices to introduce MedKloud's services and generate interest.
  • Identify decision-makers (e.g., practice managers, physicians, administrators) and key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with outbound sales campaigns and lead generation tools.
