About Us:

We are a fast-growing freight brokerage offering innovative logistics solutions. We specialize in helping businesses optimize their supply chain operations. We're looking for a dynamic Logistics Account Representative to join our team and drive sales through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and connect with potential customers in the logistics and freight space.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Research and gather insights on shipment volumes, shipping needs, and pain points of potential clients to qualify leads.
  • Schedule Meetings: Set appointments for the Logistics Account Executive (AE) by scheduling final closing meetings with qualified leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Continuously engage with potential leads to move them through the sales funnel and provide relevant information based on their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the AE team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads, helping to close deals and support client onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or account management (preferably in logistics or freight brokerage).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving targets and generating quality leads that turn into opportunities.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: PKR 45,000 - 65,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission: Performance-based USD commission (up to $150-$200 monthly)
