The Manager Admin Services & Security will manage, develop, implement, and evaluate a plant-wide security and risk management program, as well as the Administration strategy to ensure the security of the facilities, employees, visitors, and assets on the plant. They will strengthen relationships with civil & law enforcement agencies, internal & external stakeholders, which includes professional media.

Core Responsibilities:

Corporate Security
  • Evaluate the current security situation and bring improvement in controls that will ensure robust security for employees, visitors, and assets at Rakh Canal Plant & loose grain Maize warehouses (SRMG&MAG).
  • Lead Maize warehouse operations as per Site security manual, ensuring effective implementation and control of manpower in both season and off-season.
  • Continuously evaluate the security situation and implement improvements to ensure the highest level of security.
  • Provide leadership on various security and public relations committees acting in an advisory capacity.
  • Implement Site security and Admin manual and conduct regular security risk assessments for preparing credible worst-case scenarios.
  • Review site security vulnerabilities by analyzing CCTV footage to report any incidents.
  • Arrange registration of arms/weapons owned by the company for their annual license and provide training for all security staff across all sites.
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Work with the Plant Management team to develop and implement identified action plans.
  • Support the Leadership Team in embedding the Company's Vision, Mission, and Corporate Policies.
  • Coordinate with the EHS department to ensure employee safety and compliance with corporate EHS standards.
Risk Identification
  • Identify risks and analyze data from both external and internal sources, advising management on risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead investigations of security breaches and coordinate actions with the Legal team while maintaining all security-related equipment.
Technology Upgrade
  • Oversee and direct major security-related projects and physical security technologies, including access systems, alarm systems, and video surveillance systems.
Trainings
  • Develop and implement a security training policy, ensuring compliance and frequent communication with Management regarding security matters.
Organization Effectiveness
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core admin processes and security measures.
  • Execute CSR activities that facilitate achieving business objectives and enhance the company's image in the local community.
Administration
  • Maintain working relationships with governmental departments, civil administration, and statutory bodies for compliance with applicable laws.
  • Monitor the security function of the plant while safeguarding personnel and the plant.
  • Oversee administration and facilities management at the plant, including office administration, transport, reception, and sanitation.
  • Ensure canteen operations are run with optimized costs within team resources.
  • Manage grievances of unionized staff and third-party workers according to labor laws.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Public Administration or relevant field.
  • Solid 10+ years of relevant work experience at a manufacturing facility.
  • Proven Admin & Security leadership experience with a strong background in Industrial Relations.

Desirable requirements:

  • Ex-Army/forces personnel with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
