Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns, optimize performance through A/B testing, and maintain campaign data within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and manage Salesforce accounts for new users or clients.
- Upload and map campaign data at the beginning of each month.
- Configure and launch monthly marketing campaigns through Salesforce.
- Conduct A/B testing on templates, domains, sender IDs, and subject lines to improve engagement.
- Execute and monitor daily email campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Track email performance metrics, including delivery rates, engagement, and lead generation.
- Maintain and update unsubscribe requests in Salesforce.
- Monitor webmail inboxes to ensure emails are forwarded correctly for nurturing.
- Identify and flag positive responses for the sales team to follow up.
- Log campaign activities and updates in JIRA or other project management tools.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of email campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Experience in lead nurturing and email deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
