Business Development Executive – HR Software Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our CultureHCM sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a hunter mentality, strong consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of HR tech trends, SaaS sales cycles, and B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, enterprises, HR consultancies).
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.
  • Attend HR tech conferences, webinars, and industry events to build a pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell/cross-sell additional modules (e.g., AI recruitment, analytics).
Market & Client Insights:
  • Research HR tech trends, competitor solutions, and pain points of HR professionals.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements.
CRM & Sales Process Management:
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Work with marketing (for lead nurturing) and customer success (for onboarding).
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech, recruitment software, or HCM solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (payroll, talent management, ATS).
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual demo platforms.
  • Self-motivated, hunter mindset, and comfortable with cold outreach.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):
  • Experience selling to enterprise HR teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC).
