The role is based in India.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and defining project objectives while overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
  2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  4. Develop comprehensive project plans.
  5. Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  6. Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  7. Plan and schedule project timelines.
  8. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  9. Ensure quality assurance.
  10. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
  11. Present reports on project status, issues, and solutions.
  12. Implement and manage changes to achieve project outputs.
  13. Evaluate project results and conduct assessments.
  14. Lead multiple scrum teams, coaching and mentoring to meet sprint goals.
  15. Ensure alignment of project teams within a matrix organization.
  16. Adapt to requirement changes and enable rapid delivery.
  17. Support teams as a SCRUM Master when needed.
  18. Adhere to organization policies and project governance, integrating with PMO.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and software.
  • Experience in managing teams and strategic planning.
  • Experience in risk and change management.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
Skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
  • Effective communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
