A global leader in industrial software is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to join its Unified Communications and Collaborations team. As a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools, you will serve as a critical component in generating more value from our collaboration solutions.

Reporting to the Director of UCC services, you will be responsible for contributing to M365 service improvement projects, including design & planning, change management, and implementation efforts throughout the project life cycle. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a seasoned SharePoint Administrator with advanced skills in SharePoint workflows, scripting, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Microsoft Graph APIs. You must have a proven track record of creating SharePoint constructs using classic/modern site design, including site content, document libraries, custom lists, web parts, and workflows using Power Apps, and other tools as required by the business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Entra AD environment, Purview administration,, and general M365 administration. Excellent English speaking and documentation skills are essential.

In this role, you will play an important part in continuously improving our service delivery model for Microsoft 365 services. You will collaborate regularly with business stakeholders and other cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to M365 service improvement projects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain M365 governance standards, policies, & guidelines
  • Escalate issues to the APAC and EMEA regions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
