We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead the technical strategy and implementation of customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include defining and driving customer technical strategies, addressing product-related queries, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical architectures, Agile methodologies, and the ability to provide solutions to customers.

Additional requirements include experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Angular, Kotlin, Cloud Deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, and Swift, as well as a strong view on technical architectures.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also required.

Frequent travel may be necessary for this role.

  • 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of Technical Account Management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience building and designing enterprise software
  • Experience with digital transformation projects in financial institutions a plus
  • Cloud certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) a plus
  • Strong view on technical architectures and ability to collaborate with product engineering teams
  • Advocate for Agile methodologies and ability to explain its pros and cons
  • Fluent in English
