Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative based in Islamabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, handling customer queries, providing dispatch services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties involve maintaining professional communication with customers, promptly addressing their concerns, and delivering a high level of service quality. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Experience and handling Customer Service Representatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role is a plus
  • UK Returnees / Overseas Experienced Staff is Encouraged to apply
