Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for digital content, video production, and YouTube growth? We're looking for a Content Strategy Manager to lead our multi-platform content efforts across YouTube and social media, with a focus on healthcare and branded partnerships.

What You'll Do:
  1. Manage and grow our YouTube channel through smart publishing, SEO optimization, and performance analysis.
  2. Supervise doctor content production across all platforms and cities, ensuring high quality and medical accuracy.
  3. Lead in-house content shoots including podcasts, product videos, reels, and corporate tutorials.
  4. Write compelling ad scripts, voiceovers, and training video scripts for brands and corporate clients.
  5. Oversee branded content, pre-rolls, and partnership video execution from concept to final delivery.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Social Media, Accounts) and external videographers.
  7. Maintain studio equipment and ensure seamless production workflows.
  8. Manage client relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, and resolve issues effectively.
  9. Guide junior team members and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
  10. Require 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital media, or video production.
  11. Have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and SEO best practices.
  12. Experience in team management, client coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  13. Possess exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  14. Bonus: Experience with healthcare content or branded content campaigns.
