We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Manager to join our team at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, research expertise, and business acumen to identify trends, build strategies, and provide actionable insights that elevate our clients' brands.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Development:
• Collaborate with creative, account management, and media teams to develop data-driven and innovative strategies for clients.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and actionable roadmaps for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Consumer Insights & Research:
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to understand target demographics.
• Leverage tools and platforms to gather insights and identify emerging trends to guide strategy development.
• Client Partnership:
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting compelling ideas and solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Regularly update clients on campaign performance and adapt strategies based on feedback and results.
• Data & Performance Analysis:
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and translate data into meaningful insights for optimization.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine strategies.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership:
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and innovative approaches to drive creative excellence.
• Provide thought leadership within the agency by contributing to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and strategy presentations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.
• Mentor and guide junior strategists and team members.
• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for diverse industries.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics, TGI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to link business objectives to marketing strategies.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative spirit with a passion for fostering innovation and team growth.
• Strong sense of accountability and results orientation.
