Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our content strategy. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-impact content across various channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with faculty and department heads to identify compelling stories related to research, innovation, community impact, and academic excellence. You will develop media briefs, press releases, speeches, and talking points for leadership and official representation.

You will also collaborate with external PR agencies, media outlets, and government liaisons to increase our brand presence and strategic outreach. Additionally, you will leverage AI-based tools to streamline content creation, editing, campaign planning, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with faculty and department heads to identify and develop compelling stories and narratives.
  • Create high-quality content, including media briefs, press releases, speeches, and talking points, that effectively communicates our message.
  • Collaborate with external PR agencies, media outlets, and government liaisons to increase our brand presence and strategic outreach.
  • Leverage AI-based tools to streamline content creation, editing, campaign planning, and audience engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency, tone of voice, and compliance with institutional messaging across all communication channels.
  • Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and engagement analytics to refine communication strategies.
