Job Description:

As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive at Vairt, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. Your role will involve creating and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to achieve our business objectives. You'll work closely with our marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Vairt's business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, SEO, E-mail marketing, and display networks, ensuring high ROI and performance.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from various digital channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  5. Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  7. Prepare and present detailed reports on digital marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign results to senior management.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure Vairt remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record in managing and executing digital campaigns.
  3. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and A/B testing is a plus.
