Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Partner – ABAP to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in our technology bootcamp and play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing customer solutions using SAP ABAP and other tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in an intensive onboarding bootcamp to learn relevant technologies and methodologies.
  • Support customer implementations through various phases: fit-gap analysis, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade.
  • Provide technical product expertise and guidance on IBL-hosted products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement high-quality technical solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, results-oriented approach, and growing leadership responsibility.
