  • Optimize category margins by adjusting pricing strategies
  • Organize categories for the best consumer experience
  • Design engaging and user-friendly category pages
  • Track seasonal trends and ensure timely procurement
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution
  • Monitor stock levels & align with procurement to avoid shortages
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate better deals
  • Source new brands and exclusive products
  • Manage vendor collaborations for promotional campaigns
