To strengthen our service operations in Karachi, we are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer who can deliver excellent technical assistance to our clients — both remotely and on-site.

What You'll Do:

Handle all customer queries and technical issues over the phone, via email, and through site visits when needed.

Provide professional technical support for solar batteries, inverters, and energy storage systems.

Visit clients on-site when required to troubleshoot, resolve, and follow up on technical problems.

Ensure smooth coordination with the service center and warehouse for timely solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, effective guidance and after-sales care.

Manage daily tasks independently and report service updates to the management team.

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or service engineer role — ideally in solar, batteries, or related energy products.

Sound understanding of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Excellent communication skills to handle client concerns professionally.

A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to providing the best service possible.

Willingness to travel within Karachi for client visits as needed.

Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
