Position: Regional Business Head Cloud Partnerships (Sr. Manager Level)
Reporting to: Regional Director GCSS South
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- Regional Business Head for Cloud Partnerships will provide strategic direction on key technologies including compute, networking, storage, operating systems, virtualization, databases, middleware, applications, integration, and security, driving successful cloud partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solution Standardization & GTM Strategy: Develop standardized solutions and go-to-market strategies for Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud practices.
- Cloud Proposal Management: Lead technical proposals, sizing, presentations, competitive analysis, proof of concepts, and costing for Cloud deployments.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads and supporting their digital transformation journey to the cloud.
- Cloud Architecture & Design: Gather business and technical requirements from customers, proposing tailored solutions, including cloud architecture, network, and security design.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue objectives through cloud platform adoption.
- Collaboration with Service Delivery: Participate in high-level architecture and implementation discussions with the Service Delivery team to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Sales Support & Revenue Targets: Assist in the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders and initiatives in both the private and public sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
- Customer Education: Guide customers on the best practices to design solutions optimized for successful cloud deployment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years proven experience in Cloud Solutions (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS etc.) sales & Pre-Sales.
- Prior experience of working in CSP, System integration business, OEM or technology company is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Advanced Cloud Certifications AWS, Huawei, Oracle cloud, VMWare etc. will be preferred.
- Proficiency in working on tender documents and RFPs, extracting customer requirements, making technical and financial proposals in response to tenders and RFPs, and bidding submission
- Experience in customers requirement collection, proposal submission, and project delivery, especially in the cloud domain
Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in relevant domain. Certifications will be a plus
