We are looking for aData Analystwith hands-on experience in data analysis, data reporting, and data visualization. The most suitable candidate must be able to convert raw data into meaningful observations to facilitate data-informed decision-making in all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and prepare data information through first and third-party libraries such as databases, APIs, CRM platforms, and third-party tools. Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Analyze large sets of unstructured and structured data to identify patterns, correlations, anomalies, and market trends.
- Develop interactive dashboards, automated reports, and performance trackers with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for real-time decision-making.
- Write efficient SQL statements to retrieve, filter, and summarize information within a relational database and facilitate ad-hoc queries and business user data requests.
- Monitor and track critical business metrics, including user activity, campaign performance, operational key performance indicators, and financial metrics. Provide intelligence to benefit product, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Automate processes and reporting scripts to reduce manual data entry, maximize speed for scalability.
- Keep documentation of data definitions, data sources, business rules, and analytics processes. Make sure that there is data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, requirements, and provide the data in the form of solutions to match the business goals.
- Stay updated on the best practices in the industry, new tools, and technologies in data analytics.
- Able to suggest and make recommendations to ameliorate the current data process and infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Data Science or Statistics, IT, or any other related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experienceworking in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence at a professional level.
- Strong knowledge of handling and analyzing data throughSQL, Excel, and datavisualizationsoftware such asPower BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of scripting languages such asPythonto help in the transformation and automation of data issues.
- Able to work with both structured and unstructured data, knowledge of validation and cleaning, and how to prepare datasets to analyse.
