We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Technical | Onsite – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Join our dynamic Sales team and help us grow our B2B SaaS presence by connecting with technical decision-makers and translating complex solutions into real business value.

Salary: 80K to 150K

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong technical background and proven experience in the SaaS industry. You'll be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our high-growth software products, working closely with technical buyers and internal teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Qualify inbound interest and schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives

Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits

Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging

Utilize tools like Salesloft, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and pipeline goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

4+ years of SaaS experience in sales or a client-facing technical role

Strong communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps tools, or modern tech stacks

Proven ability to manage time effectively and exceed targets

Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms

Preferred Experience:

Selling to technical personas (CTOs, engineers, developers)

Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)

Experience in startups or fast-paced SaaS environments
