Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing valuable skills in sales and customer relationship management.

  • This role involves conducting outbound/inbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of services.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of IT reselling, inbound campaign, and medical billing services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  4. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a technology-related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  4. Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection positively, maintaining motivation and persistence in the face of challenges.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
