About The Role

This is a one-year, fully remote Graduate Takeoff Program designed for recent graduates worldwide. It offers practical training, skill development, and hands-on experience, with potential for full-time employment at InEvent upon completion. The program runs 40 hours per week, and participants get paid while learning.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients via chat, email, and virtual calls with enthusiasm and active listening.
  • Meet KPIs for response time, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report issues or potential improvements to the development team.
  • Stay updated on tech and platform changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to test and improve platform performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) on InEvent products.
Pre-requisites
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Flexibility to serve multicultural customers.
  • Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 3am-11am Eastern Time.
  • Resilience and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.
