Job Description

We're seeking a proactive Business Development Resource with 2-3 years' hands-on experience on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other lead-prospecting platforms. You'll drive new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and manage client communications end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify prospects on Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar channels.
  • Develop creative outreach (cold-email, InMail, content) to generate leads
  • Write tailored, compelling proposals that align technical solutions with client needs.
  • Coordinate discovery calls, demos and follow-ups; ensure prompt, professional communication
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM or Google Sheets; report on lead status and revenue forecasts
  • Analyze outreach metrics; iterate messaging and suggest improvements to sales collateral
Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–3 years' hands-on BD/sales experience on Upwork, LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong proposal-writing capability
  • Proven call-coordination and client-communication skills
  • Self-motivated "go-getter" with innovative approach to sales prospecting
