AR Executive (Night Shift) (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
Office Located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
Company Overview: Minds On (Private) Limitedis a fast-paced medical billing company committed to delivering high-quality services in the healthcare industry. We specialize in optimizing revenue cycle management for our clients and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • To work on the Account Receivables, Denial Management, Appeal Management.
  • Answer patient calls or make #insurance calls regarding inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
  • Follow-up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
  • Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
  • Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
  • Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
  • Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
  • All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up
  • To communicate effectively with Team and Clients.
  • To maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from any reputed institute or University.
  • 2+ Year Experience in Medical Billing/AR.
  • Hands-on experience on Appeals, Follow-up, insurance calls, patient calls.
  • Knowledge and understanding of USA health insurance guidelines especially Medicare and state Medicaid
  • Experience to worked on multi specialties.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willing to work in night shift (6 PM to 3 AM PST).
