Business Development Executive (US) (35K-100K)

We are actively searching for suitable candidates to join our team as a Business Development Executive, specifically focusing on the international market, including the US. We are looking for an individual who can confidently establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones, all while showcasing strong skills, particularly in negotiation.

Responsibilities - Business Development Executive (US Market)

  • Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients to our business.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to identify and manage potential company risks that may hinder our growth.
  • Identify and thoroughly research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Foster a collaborative environment throughout the entire organization.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate positive, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.

Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Required Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Marketing, Business Studies, or Commerce.

Job Type: Contractual

Note: Flexibility for night shifts (US timings, 7:30pm to 4:00am) is a requirement.

Salary: Rs 35,000.00 - Rs 100,000.00 per month

Language: Proficiency in English (Required)

Shift Availability: Night Shift (Required)

Ability to commute/relocate: Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, directors, VPs, and CxOs.
  • Crafting engaging company introductions and persuasive product or service pitches.
  • Creating persuasive email and social media pitches.
  • Executing cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Sending out campaigns and scheduling appointments with interested parties.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills.
  • Arranging meetings for prospective clients with top management.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-ups with multiple collaborators.
  • Solid knowledge of various social media platforms.
  • Ability to prepare client presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel for contact generation and tracking deal cycles.
  • Sourcing contacts through aggregators or conducting individual searches on job networking platforms.
  • Strong research and strategic planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Familiarity with sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning.
