Location: Islamabad Pakistan (On-site)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)

About the RoleAxelliant is seeking a proactive and driven Account Executive. This role is centered on driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and expanding revenue in strategic and emerging U.S. markets. You will play a critical role in bridging client needs with tailored IT solutions and services, all while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and strategic networking.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
- Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.
- Research prospective clients and industry trends to tailor value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client goals.
- Maintain accurate records and track activity in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, contributing to monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Participate in strategic campaigns, webinars, and virtual events to promote offerings.
- Provide timely follow-ups, proposals, and documentation to support client engagement and sales enablement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
