Looking for a certified Quality Professional with an MBA+ / BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC/PEC-recognized university, with 8-10 years of experience in QA Operations and EHS activities in the printing & packaging industry.

This position involves ensuring the implementation of customer-specified quality standards and safety practices in the assigned finishing unit. Responsibilities include conducting trial run reports for new articles and managing trend analysis to identify potential nonconformance areas.

The activities aim to prevent defects and nonconformance issues in production, ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards within limits and guidelines such as AQLs, customer standards, and organizational policies.

  • Must have sound knowledge of SQC tools, advanced understanding of ISO 9001 standards, lab testing equipment relevant to the printing & packaging industry, and experience with customer technical audits.
  • Good knowledge of safety practices, quality assessment tools (SQC, 5 Whys, RCA techniques, A3, Lean, Six Sigma), and standards.
  • Sound knowledge of EHS standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, FSSC, FSC, SCLP), safety equipment, job hazard assessment techniques, training module development, risk assessment, legal EHS requirements, and internal audit procedures.
  • Should be well-versed in new product development, BOM creation, understanding customer needs, color management, and possess an eye for detail.
