Key Responsibilities
  • Identify cost optimization potential based on close coordination and alignment with relevant Suppliers.
  • Prepare and negotiate framework agreements and strategic supplier alliances including supplier development and relationship management.
  • Perform benchmarks and market analysis.
  • Responsible for continuous and ad-hoc reporting on markets, suppliers and KPIs.
  • Continuous assessment and improvement of procurement strategies and process.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of:
  • Packaging Material
  • HSSE equipment, services & projects
  • Warehouse Supplies and Consumables
  • Office Supplies and Consumables
  • Facility Management, HR Services and maintenance services
Qualifications
  • Academic degree in business/engineering (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of procure
  • Technical expertise related to Packaging and Servient
  • Ambitious, independent and target-oriented individual with a strong can-do attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation of procurement.
  • Proficiency of procurement modules, ERPs and MS Office will be considered as an advantage
