Lead Import Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Import Procurement professional to manage the import procurement cycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with LCs and Bank Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire import procurement lifecycle from start to finish, optimizing logistics and reducing costs through efficient coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documents to facilitate seamless transactions and ensure timely clearance of goods.
- Familiarize yourself with freight charges, Inco terms, custom duties, tariffs, SROS, NOCS Demurrage, and Detention to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Job Description: As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the import procurement cycle, preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
