Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of workplace culture, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with using recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist, manage, and oversee relationships with partner universities for recruitment drives and career fairs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and conducting employee orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities as required.
  • Post job openings internally and externally and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the accounting/finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including documenting and supporting the resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees, accurately conveying messages, concerns, and requests.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure clear and timely communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
