About the job

As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Scrum framework and assist in facilitating agile practices within the team. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Scrum principles and efficient delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in an agile environment, be familiar with the Scrum framework, and possess strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work closely with Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery of Scrum features.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and manage tasks.Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Support the Product Owner in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring product performance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related role in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum framework and agile principles.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, CSPO) is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical project management.
