We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organic Channel Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a proven track record in driving organic growth through SEO, Blog Optimization, email marketing etc.

Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic opportunities
  • Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, and headers, to improve search engine visibility
  • Ensure website structure and navigation are SEO-friendly
  • Monitor and optimize website loading speed and mobile responsiveness

Off-Page SEO:
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks from reputable websites
  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies, such as guest posting and outreach
  • Monitor and manage online reputation and brand visibility

Email Marketing:
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and nurture leads
  • Design and A/B test email templates to optimize open and click-through rates
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Manage email list segmentation and personalization

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of organic channels
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and email engagement
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Stay Updated:
  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO and email marketing trends and best practices
  • Continuously learn and adapt to industry changes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven 2 - 3 years' experience in SEO and email marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as G4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahref
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
