We're not looking for another spray-and-pray sales rep.
We're looking for a strategic LinkedIn operator - someone who understands how to use content, community, and conversation to generate warm leads, book meetings, and close B2B deals. You'll work directly with our founder to grow revenue through smart positioning, intentional branding, and tactical outreach - not cold DMs.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Build and Grow a LinkedIn Sales Engine
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find, qualify, and engage ideal leads
- Design and execute outreach cadences that feel human, not spammy
- Develop and maintain a personal LinkedIn brand that builds trust and credibility
- Content-Driven Demand Generation
- Create and own a monthly content calendar (with founder + creative team)
- Draft content ideas, prompts, and outlines for posts, carousels, short videos
- Collaborate with designer/video editor to bring ideas to life
- Monitor platform trends to ensure we stay relevant and differentiated
- Relationship Building & Nurturing
- Actively comment, message, and engage with our ICP's content
- Book qualified meetings and hand off to founder or close directly (depending on skill)
- Turn attention into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue
You'll Crush This Role If You:
- Have built your own presence on LinkedIn and can show real results
- Know how to generate conversations, not just impressions
- Have experience in B2B, tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital services
- Love creating content, watching trends, and moving fast
- Are a self-starter who thrives on ownership, not hand-holding
Bonus Points If You:
- Have graphic/video creation experience (even basic)
- Have used tools like Taplio, Shield, or Hypefury
- Understand funnels, buyer psychology, and narrative marketinge
