Sales Development Representative
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn, converting those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn, leveraging your expertise in lead generation and outbound sales to drive business growth.
- Craft and personalize messages to spark interest in our CRM solution, utilizing your exceptional written communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers and stay organized.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates, driving business success and expansion.
Requirements:
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly, as well as a proactive mindset and results-driven approach to outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools, such as Lemlist or Expandi.
- Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets, while prioritizing teamwork and collaboration.
