Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidding Specialist based in Multan. The Upwork Bidding Specialist will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and managing bids to secure projects. The role includes maintaining client communications, negotiating terms, and ensuring project scopes are clear and achievable. Collaboration with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and deliverables is key.

Shift Timing:

06:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Expected Salary:

50K to 100K (depending upon experience)

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years Experience with bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and manage client relationships
  • Understanding of software development processes and project management principles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in software development industry is a must
