HR Executive | Talent Acquisition Specialist | Technical Recruiter

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on investigation progress.
  • Conduct primary and secondary verification for background checks.
  • Research records through state departments globally.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Ensure closure of assigned cases in the provided EDC.
  • Research subject information across multiple media outlets.
  • Maintain data files securely to ensure confidentiality.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality for customers and information.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Ensure investigations comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for seamless service.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
