About Us

Harmony Group of Companies is entering the international export market with a focus on minerals and commodities, including rock phosphate, antimony, and silica quartz. We buy directly from local vendors and sell to international buyers. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and capable professional to join our team and grow with us in the role of Export Manager / Export Executive.

Key ResponsibilitiesExport Operations

  • Prepare and manage all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance, etc.).
  • Coordinate with customs agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment processes.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues such as port delays, customs clearance, or vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized and accurate export transaction records.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach international buyers for minerals in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers and local vendors.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts.
  • Research new markets, buyers, and trade opportunities to expand company exports.

Finance & Compliance

  • Ensure safe and timely receipt of payments via LCs, advance payments, or bank transfers.
  • Prepare cost sheets (procurement, shipping, margin analysis).
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms, HS codes, and export regulations.
  • Liaise with banks and relevant authorities for export documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.).
  • Understanding of export procedures and documentation.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance and shipping operations.
  • Basic financial knowledge of LCs, foreign exchange, costing, and payment security.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/SAP is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (able to interact with international buyers).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments/deals.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with eagerness to learn and grow in exports.
  • Persistence in follow-up and relationship building.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in exports, sales, or supply chain is preferred but motivated fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written). Additional languages are a plus.
