Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to manage and grow our online presence across platforms, with a special focus on Shopify and eBay. The role involves driving online sales, optimizing digital campaigns, managing product listings, and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities – E-Commerce Management
  • Manage and optimize Shopify and eBay stores, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory, sales performance, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.
  • Optimize product images, titles, and keywords for maximum conversions.
  • Analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, revenue) and recommend improvements.
Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and monitor paid ad strategies to generate leads and boost online sales.
  • Track ROI on digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for banners, product videos, and ad creatives.
Strategy & Growth
  • Research new online marketplaces and opportunities to expand digital footprint.
  • Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to guide growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Support) for smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce tools, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
  • Strong expertise in Shopify and eBay store management.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
