XOSOFT Technologies is a growing software services and AI solutions company. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding tech talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and best practices tailored to the IT industry.
Oversee employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Handle HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Lead training and development programs for continuous employee growth.
Address employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the IT industry (minimum 3-5 years).
Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with HR software (ATS, HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in technical recruitment and employer branding.
Familiarity with remote work policies and IT workplace culture.
HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
