AM Associates is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety & Environment initiatives for large-scale infrastructure projects. Candidates with experience in ADB-supported Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems, Redline BRT, or other relevant construction projects will be preferred. Experience in infrastructure development will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe work practices.
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with preventive action plans.
  • Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to site staff and workers.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project execution.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with legal and environmental obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline; HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are mandatory.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HSE management experience in the construction industry.
  • Prior experience in ADB-supported BRT systems, Redline BRT, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
