Job Title: Technical Team Lead – Full Stack (React, Node.js, React Native)

Location: Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time (In-office)

Start: Immediate

Reporting To: CEO

About Us

We're a hands-on software development agency based in Johar Town, Lahore. We specialize in building high-quality web and mobile apps using React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native. As we expand, we're hiring a Technical Team Lead to lead our in-house developers, ensure technical quality, and support the CEO in scaling delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the day-to-day work of our onsite dev team
  • Review code and enforce clean architecture and Git workflows
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Work closely with the CEO to plan and execute product goals
  • Mentor junior developers and help them grow
  • Own the health, performance, and quality of all projects
Requirements
  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong practical experience with:
    • Frontend: React, Next.js
    • Backend: Node.js, REST APIs
    • Mobile: React Native (must have shipped at least one app)
    • Git, CI/CD, scalable project structure
  • Experience in team leadership or mentorship
  • Must be available onsite daily at Johar Town office
  • Excellent communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Bonus
  • Experience with Firebase, PostgreSQL, or Supabase
  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint workflows
  • Prior experience in an agency or startup environment
Salary

PKR 125,000 – 150,000/month, including potential bonuses based on project performance
