Primary Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software development, particularly in architecture and system design.
  • Proficiency with popular frameworks like React, Angular, Django, or Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of core programming languages, including Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and microservices architectures.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and related project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence in high-stakes decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams like design, product, and marketing.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements and translating them into technical tasks.
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
