Role Description

This full-time role, located on-site in Karachi Division, is for a D365 Business Central Technical Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services. Key responsibilities include customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, conducting technical assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The consultant will also engage in pre-sales activities, offer post-implementation support, and participate in training sessions to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Consulting experience
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting capabilities
  • Prior experience in Sales and client engagement
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
