Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, based in Rawalpindi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for searching and submitting bids for potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Daily tasks will involve identifying new business opportunities, responding to client requirements, drafting compelling proposals, coordinating with the team for project scopes and timelines, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in online project bidding and proposal writing
  • Strong research skills to identify potential projects and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into project proposals
  • Basic knowledge of video production and digital marketing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
