Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with 1 to 3 years of experience in acquiring projects through Upwork. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and good communication skills (written and spoken). This role requires bidding on projects, securing clients, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork to secure new business.
  • Craft persuasive and tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via Upwork messages and calls.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's Upwork profile for better visibility and credibility.
  • Provide proof of successfully acquired projects from Upwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (graduated).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
  • Good communication skills (Written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of securing projects on Upwork (proof required).
  • Familiarity with IT services, software development, or digital marketing (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
