Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Upwork Bidder at Alright Tech Private Limited. The role is on-site and located in Rawalpindi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals customized to client requirements, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring successful project acquisitions consistently. Daily tasks include reviewing job postings, analyzing project requirements, submitting bids, and following up with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and presentations
  • Strong understanding of Web and Mobile App Development technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage client relationships and negotiations effectively
  • Familiarity with Upwork's bidding process and platform
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team to meet targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field will be a plus

Note: There are two positions available. One bidder will be hired in the morning shift, and one will be hired for the night shift.
